Staffing agency · Fresh produce, horticulture and logistics
Eight people promised. At six in the morning, eight are there.
We supply temporary workers to fresh produce companies, growers and distribution centres. We only promise what we can deliver — and when we can't, you hear it before the shift starts. Not after.
An answer within one working day. Even when that answer is no.
01The difference
A staffing agency is judgedon one day only:the day things go wrong.
On an ordinary day every agency looks the same. The difference shows on the morning four people don't turn up, or when the harvest comes three days early.
That is when we answer the phone. We call back with a number instead of a promise. And if we can't fill it, we say so immediately, while you still have time to change your day.
That is not a slogan. It is why growers call us instead of the agency that quoted less.
02Sectors
We know the work from the inside
Not a general agency that also happens to serve horticulture. This is where we come from — and it saves you explaining, training and placements that fall apart.

03How we work
From phone call to first shift
Three steps. The paperwork is ours.
01
Intake
You tell us what needs doing: what work, how many people, from when and for how long. We ask about what actually matters on the floor — pace, shift times, certificates, transport and who the supervisor is.
02
Selection
We search our own pool and speak to candidates personally. Identity, work permit and certificates are checked before anyone turns up at your gate. You only meet people who can do the work.
03
Placement and aftercare
We handle the contract, the time registration and the payroll. Someone is reachable on the first day. If it isn't working, we replace. You have one contact for everything.
04What we commit to
Hard commitments, not fine words
These are not marketing figures. This is how we work, and you may hold us to it.
0hours
Maximum response time to your request
Weekends included during peak season.
0languages
In which we can give instructions
Dutch, Polish, Bulgarian and Turkish.
0
Dedicated contact, from intake to final invoice
No call centre, no being put through.
0
Paper timesheets
All digital, approved by your supervisor.
05Why Master
Six reasons that matter on the floor
Not because we are the biggest. Because we pick up the phone, deliver, and keep our records in order.
We know what cucumber work is
We come out of fresh produce and horticulture. That saves you explaining, and it saves placements that collapse after three days because someone had no idea what they signed up for.
You get a straight answer, fast
If we can't fill it, we say so immediately. You don't lose a day waiting on an agency that nods yes and doesn't pick up on Monday.
We speak the language of the floor
Dutch, Polish, Bulgarian and Turkish. A safety briefing that doesn't land is not a briefing, and a misunderstanding about shift times costs you a morning.
Hours and contracts digitally in order
Our workers sign their contract and submit their hours through our own app. Your supervisor approves with one tap. You get an overview that adds up.
One dedicated contact
No call centre and no being put through. You have a name and a number, from intake to final invoice.
A file that survives an inspection
Identity checks, work permits, equivalent pay and approved hours are recorded per worker. If the labour inspectorate visits, you simply show it.
06Our people
Why our workers stay
A placement that breaks down after two weeks costs you more than it delivered. So we invest where most agencies cut.
Our workers sign their contract in their own language, on their own phone. They see what they earn, how many hours have been approved and when the money arrives.
That sounds small. It is the difference between someone who comes back on Monday and someone who stops answering the phone.
07Frequently asked
What employers ask us first
You get an answer to your request within one working day. How fast we can actually deliver depends on the work and the season: individual workers often within a day or two, a full crew for a peak we would rather plan a week ahead. We will tell you honestly which of the two it is.
Call us and we replace them. We charge for the hours worked, not for the mistake. We will ask what went wrong — not to defend it, but because it helps us choose better next time.
As the hirer you share responsibility for payroll tax remittance and for the identity of the people on your site. For every worker we record a verified identity document, a residence and work permit where required, the signed temporary employment contract and the approved hours. You can request that file whenever you want.
Yes. Since 1 January 2026 the collective agreement for temporary workers requires equivalent pay: our worker receives terms at least equivalent to those of your own employees in the same role. We record your scale, step and allowances against the job, not against the person.
For many locations, yes. Distance is one of the biggest reasons people drop out, so we would rather solve it at the source. Whether it is possible depends on the location and the shift times — ask us.
We work with a conversion factor on the hourly wage that belongs to the role. That factor depends on the type of work, the volume and the length of the cooperation. You get one rate per role, with no surprises afterwards. Call us and you will have a number the same day.
Need people for next week?
Just call us. We usually know within a few hours whether we can fill it.
