From the greenhouse, not from an office park.
Master Uitzendgroep exists because growers and fresh produce companies were missing something: an agency that knows the work itself and is reachable at the moment it goes wrong.
Who we are
Master Uitzendgroep brings companies and motivated workers together in fresh produce, horticulture, logistics and production. We are small enough to know you personally and large enough to put a crew on the floor.
We work from The Hague, between the glasshouses of Westland and Lansingerland and the distribution centres around Rotterdam. We supply for peaks, for whole seasons and for structural staffing.
What sets us apart isn't a slogan. It is that we pick up, that we say honestly what is and isn't possible, and that our records hold up when someone comes to check.

A deal is a deal
If we promise eight people for Monday six o'clock, eight people are there. If it won't work, you hear it before Monday.
Fair employment
Our people are paid according to the collective agreement, know what they earn and can see their hours and contract at any time. That is why they come back.
Close to the floor
We visit, we know the supervisor and we know how your line runs. That is why our placements stick.

Not a general agency that also happens to serve horticulture. This is where we come from — and it saves you explaining, training and placements that fall apart.
Fresh produce
Potatoes, vegetables and fruit
Sorting, packing and processing cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and strawberries. Line work, cold store and packing floor — often in shifts, and often with a peak that will not wait.
Horticulture
Greenhouses, nurseries and flowers
Crop care, harvesting and processing in glasshouse horticulture. From picking cucumbers and twining plants to bunching chrysanthemums and potting.
Flower bulbs
Peeling, sorting and processing
Work in flower bulbs: peeling, sorting, counting and packing. A trade of its own, with its own collective agreement and a peak that has to happen in a few weeks. We supply crews here who know the rhythm.
Logistics
Distribution and warehousing
Order picking, loading and unloading at distribution centres and wholesalers. With or without a forklift or reach truck certificate; we check the certificate before the first shift.
Production
Processing and packing
Production and packing work at food companies and processors. Shift work is possible and for many locations we arrange transport.
